NIKKE finally dropped the patch notes for the new upcoming version in 3 days, it’s packed with stuff, so here’s the summary version if you don’t want to read everything:

New character
Quiry is coming to the game as the new recruit for the A.C.P.U. She seems to be an Elysion supporter that heals (another one Shift Up?) so for most people it’s an easy skip.
Also to note, she seems to only buffs defender units which is going to be interesting, as there’s only one good defender DPS right now, 2B.
The banner starts the 19th and ends the first of November.
New event
A.C.P.U.! FREEZE! is an event where we will have to find the culprit behind the candies making everyone lose their taste.
It seems we’ll see the whole police squad together but it feels weird that this is the Halloween event, maybe there are a couple surprises inside the event? We’ll see.

The event includes a new challenge stage, 7-day calendar login with a free multi and resources.

The rest of the stuff doesn’t require a whole section to talk about, so here’s the summary:
- New Privaty skin with the November mission pass, hopefully with good fan service
