Goddess of Victory: Nikke x Chainsaw Man event finally drops: is it good?

After waiting for a couple of weeks we finally have the Chainsaw Man event in Nikke but, is it any good?

So far players have a mixed opinion, some liking it and what seems the most popular opinion, not liking it. In my opinion, the event is mid at best and nothing new.

• Same rewards as previous events (we have 2 avatar frames tho, that’s pretty nice)
• No voice-over for the story… after making more than a 100 million dollars, ok
• Two mission pass at the same time, each one for $20 bucks and also a lot of packs on the store 🤢
• With all the Nikkes we have in the game, the two new SSR units, Makima and Power have the wrost burst animations so far. Himeno is not bad tho.

Honestly, the collaboration feels rushed to get money and calm people after all the controversies the game is having.

We also have a new coop system which hopefully is better and should be semi-permanent, so that’s something good.

Also, to finish things up, we got a patch with 90+ changes that actually is good, and it seems they’re listening to some feedback we players have.

I still think they should communicate more with the community but hopefully with time it will get better, at least the game seems to be headed in a good direction.
