Great tank and buffer for electric team, a must-have if you want max value out of Belka and especially Leva as her turrets alone gives leva 2 assists attacks.
Very annoying in pvp with revive at low hp, shared damage and turrets summoning messing with dolls AI.
You don't need any dupes or SSR weapon to get full value out of her, but some of her upgrades are very nice like v1 giving you 2 extra turret attacks per turn.
She doesn't need any but v2 is a good upgrade, V3-4 should be all you need as more than that is overkill or you are a really high spender.
You should always get dps dupes first, but her v1 is a nice upgrade if you're considering pulling for her.
Cool survivability key but it's not fixing her problem of lacking a cleanse and not healing anyone that doesn't do electric damage.
The turrets damage is already laughable so this key isn't gonna do anything for that.
If you're building electric then just get Lenna's key, this thing is just a waste.
