Transcendent Hati is a Warriorr and is also the Core vassal for DoT teams, has a Unique DoT called Pestilence which scales base off caster's ATK and debuffs ATK speed and this can be up for 10 stacks when it reaches 7 stacks it deals AOE damage to surrounding enemies.
Her ultimate works great in a DoT (Affliction and Bleed) focused team as it instantly triggers other characters' DoTs.
