Good healing output, can keep her skill gauge full with fixed key 4 + 6 and decent damage buff with her passive.
Her healing can't restore stability and it's not AoE so your team can randomly lose dolls if you're not careful. A decent budget buffer / sustain option.
Helps her heal more stability but it's not really worth it to get as the upgrade is not a big enough change to her and too costly just to help a welfare unit to use in the early game.
There are better expansion keys and use case of cores.
