Insane crowd control unit with paralysis that can stop enemies from attacking( but won't stop them from moving).
Her common key is quite nice to proc more paralysis, put it on units that have support attacks that goes first like centareissi.
After you get her expansion key, then she becomes the 2nd best unit in the electric team with insane damage buffs and she can also do decent dps herself.
Her problems is still the long ult cooldown so get her v1 if you want to maximize her supporting ability.
V1 is now a must have upgrade for the electric team because of the cooldown it gives to your ult.
It's a must have as without it your ult cooldown is so long that the battle will end before you can use it a second time.
TLDR; She is now Vector for electric teams.
Her buff to negative charge and electric damage now makes her a must have for those teams (if you have her V1). She can also do decent damage with the combo of skill 2 into skill 1.
If you have Leva V6 then the sister duo is almost Klukai tier in terms of flexibility. A really great key, must have if you want to use Leva and electric.
