Long range debuffer that can inflict paralysis on enemies, she has support attack but only against enemies with no stability so you have to break stability with your other dolls first.
Terrible movement range like all sniper dolls (can be fixed with her 6th key). Eats through all her skill point extremely fast so you need to proc her passive a lot to keep her active in the fight.
A lot of her quality of life is locked behind dupes (if you want her to do more damage, if you want better skill point gain) but she is a standard pool doll so it will only take time.
She also competes with high tier dolls like Tololo and Qiongjiu for dupes so I wouldn't recommend maxing her out first.
Low priority dupes compare to Qiongjiu, Tololo. Her DPS improves after V4.
A good upgrade on paper, but an optimal electric team doesn't need more damage, they need a source of defense down so they will never need Mosin.
Get it if you love Mosin, but compared to Lenna's key, it's a joke.
