Low invest but good debuffer, she can do an overwatch attack when a unit ends it's movement in her attack range and it can also stun.
Her stun is very restrictive as you need them to have a defense type debuff, she also have low range / movement range meaning she often can't reach her target (also because she need get close, she might get flanked and die because she is quite squishy).
Her debuffs duration are also quite short so you need to reapply them often.
You would think a stun on demand is quite broken, but you would be wrong as most bosses and some special enemies are immune to stuns so the use case for stun is limited to some elites and trash mobs.
It does not improve her debuffs or damage so not really worth it.
