Good early game DPS with decent debuffing capability. Decent in PCP early but I wouldn't recommend her for long as new dolls release and the meta shifts.
Great attack range but terrible movement as all sniper dolls. You can use her till level 50 since she needs low investment.
Just makes it so you are less likely to miss the mark on bosses with mobs for the def down, not really a game changer, but it's a nice QoL if you already have her built. Not a priority.
