Ressa is a Warrior that gets stronger the longer the fight drags on. Her Ultimate cost is 10, which is way too high, but not only it will be permanently reduced every 10 seconds thanks to her Special skill, but every time her ally casts an Ultimate, it will be temporary reduced even further.
She also stacks Crit Rate anytime she crits the enemy with her Talent, meaning Philosopher Stone is priority for her Artifact.
