The ice... buffer... again?
She does ok damage / buffs, but it's only for 1 doll and they must do ice damage or her kit is not going to function.
Easy access to def down for the ice team. She needs a lot of dupes if you want her to be a dps, as of right now the ice team is only slightly better than physical (xdd).
Weapon choices are easy once again as there isn't much of a difference between her signature and svarog (but you can probably find a better use for svarog).
An ok doll but ice needs a lot more than ok to come back into the game.
The only thing that matters here is v6 but I'd recommend low spenders getting v1 and stopping there if you are interested in ice team (assuming you already have maki v1/2), as her v1 gives a pretty decent atk boost.
Other than v1, the other dupes just give too little in return to recommend going any further.
