Great tank with some crazy stabilty damage at higher investment. Her counter can be turned into water type to help Tololo proc her passive more often.
At lower investment, she is quite clunky and doesn't do a whole lot other than buffing defense. I don't recommend using her at V3 or below, V4 and above is where she really shines. Really crazy in PVP at v5.
Don't put her as your target search, just grind her dupes from boss fight shop.
V4-5 are the best upgrades for her, v6 is not really needed to use her but her dupes are grindable so get it when you can.
Her own tankiness will get a boost from this, but her damage will also improve as her counters will benefit from hydro weakness and hydro damage buffs, but the hydro tiles that gives enemy hydro weakness will last longer too.
You should only consider getting this key after you have her at V4-5.
