Cube: The cube you have with the highest level or ATK value, since you are fishing for crits most of the time with Snow White.
OL Gear: ATK, elemental damage and charge speed / damage are priority for SW. Charge speed is necessary even while paired with units like Maxwell, aim for 2 lines at least.
