“Target appears” trigger is too niche as the buff duration is too short to make any real impact
“Vamp” buff is too difficult to make use of as you are unable to choose a NIKKE to target with it
Self hit rate buff is small, not meaningful enough to outweigh shotgun range falloff
Burst 2 positions for pure DPS units is too niche and too competitive

Good unit to fill teams for elemental content. Vamp mechanic has no usage in the current meta. Burst 2 supporter with low utility for the team outside skill 1.
