Should you reroll for Iggy?

He’s maybe Tiers 3 in arena, but he’s tiers 0 in quests. His mobility is S+ and can help you reach very far away targets (especially with the the movement up to all party commander skill).

Iggy and Samantha are my favorite characters from the current roster of characters. Will choosing/rerolling for them cause any issues to my playing experience?
Is he worth to build?, I get him twice, the only seeker that I used is falcon (don’t have col yet)
If you like him? Of course, build characters you like.
In terms of meta? Not really, he underperforms as a breaker compared to other characters and we get Rawi for free
