Should you reroll for Nungal?

Is Skill: Full Draw a permanent buff? does it stack?
Is Nungal’s magical damage contributes to her basic attack? My Nungal’s tarot have Mag. dam. increase stats and I don’t know if it’s good.
Is it right that her passive damage buff drops from 40% at 2* to 30% at 3*? Or is it a typo?
It’s 40% too, changed the skill should be updated in a couple minutes 🙂
The pictures for eagle eye and quick reload are swapped. Also it is unclear if sniper stance costs 1 energy, movement stance costs 1 energy, or both cost 1 energy.
