After level 100, you use a different kind of food to level up, so I’m only including the base cap.
By default character level cap is 80 (with 3-stars), each time you upgrade the stars, it’s increased.

Estimate food cost from level 1 to level 100: 224,000.
By default the cap of skills is level 10. If you want to go higher (13) you need to get your characters to 5-stars.
It’s recommended to get the units you want to use to a minimum of 7 and then work towards level 10 over time, so those will be the breakpoints I show the cost for.

Estimate cost for skills from level 1 to level 13:
After you get a character to 5-stars, you will unlock an Aside, similar to a new weapon giving you extra skills.
It’s not available for all characters yet, but Cepid adds new ones pretty often.
The base wish can go up to level 30. To go past that, you will need to upgrade it’s stars (starts at 1, can go up to 3).
You can use currency of the proper element for a bonification and cheaper cost or whatever you have available, making it more expensive.
