A lot of game modes in STARSEED: Asnia Trigger use elemental compositions, so it’s important to build different teams long term to progress more efficiently and to get more rewards. This guide aims to give a general direction on what units are worth wishlisting in the game.
Lastly, before you go to the list, these are just our recommendations, if you like some characters, by all means get as many copies as you want. The game needs to be enjoyed first, and you can worry about meta later.
Rachel, Id and Claudia are fantastic options for damage dealers and will cover all your needs for Explicator DPS units.
Anne is the first tank that actually can use BLK as a stat and it shows, one of the strongest defenders and has synergy with Explicator ranger units.
Yurizia is a staple in bosses and the only red support worth going for dupes for now. Hellen is just not good when it comes to heals or doing anything else.
Itus will keep your team alive thanks to her shields. If you get copies of her early, don’t be afraid to use resources to build her since we need up to 4 teams right now in campaign to push content.
Kaito.Aile is another staple in bosses and general content thanks to her amazing damage and she can ignore DEF with her ultimate.
Patricia and Erica pair well together for their AoE, but keep in mind Patricia cannot be in a team with Attacker units since she will lose a big portion of her damage because her passive.
Hallona heals everyone and also buffs the highest ATK member of your party, which is useful on all gamemodes.
Freyja is a beast for campaign since her kit revolves around that specifically. She pairs well with Sia since she can’t crit so Freyja’s passive doesn’t really affect her.
Iliana is the strongest tank in the game, similar to Itus will keep everyone alive with her shield and also has thorns damage plus heals.
Shale is used in all content and is the best support / heal for Computators.
Kanata is a great damage dealer but a lot people use her as a support character for your main DPS instead, up to you how you want to build her.
When it comes to Creator and Destroyer units, it’s honestly preference since you can only add 2 of them.
The biggest problem of Light / Dark units is how hard it to get them to a point where they can outperform your normal characters with more dupes.
I would suggest going for Rayhou and either Eradica or Frederica at the moment.
