N102 is Liter at home, she is the burst 1 buffer you would use assuming you don’t pull units like Liter, Dorothy, or Volume for a while and you need a buffer on that slot.
Realistically, if you didn’t reroll or didn’t pull the units mentioned above, she will be your main Burst 1 for a long while. Her buffs are consistent and decent enough to be usable for quite some time until you get better units.
While she is easily replaceable, you shouldn’t feel too bad in some early investment (only in her burst) as they eventually do put out skill reset items that allow you to get your resources back. It does not happen often, but N102 is definitely an SR that is fine to use even later in the game if you haven’t been lucky.

No. Never reroll for SR units, you’ll get all of them anyway.
