Since she’s shooting 1 bullet on burst and low ammo capacity anyway, you want to go Resilience over Bastion for her.

Avoid getting max ammo capacity. The best lines should go for ATK and elemental damage. Hit rate and crit are good filler lines.

Character traits

Pros

– Insane damage for a limited unit that can compete with most meta DPS characters in the game

– Enables other electric NIKKE to do even more damage, making her a must-have for elemental content (raids)

– Skill 2 missile does not care about distance to the enemy making its damage kind of broken over a 3-minute fight

Cons

– Limited unit, if you are not playing in summer you will have to wait a year

– Needs high investment in order to be usable on raids to not depend on ammo reduction debuffs from other units

Should you reroll for Anis: Sparkling Summer?

She’s a pretty good unit, but limited, meaning you will not be able to max her unless you whale on the banner.

We would recommend grabbing a copy only if you get lucky pulling early on, if not wait until next year and see if there’s a rerun.
