Review
Dolla is one of the ‘Above the pack” Burst II units in the game. She’s a supporter that uses a sniper rifle and has the ability to decrease the burst skill cooldown for her allies.
She also provides buffs to ATK, critical rate and critical damage for everyone.
Her kit alone is enough to make her an above average NIKKE, usable in pretty much every game mode without a drawback. (Unless you count lack of healing/sustain one)
The only reason she is above that pack and not considered broken is due to the overall strength of her buffs, she is in a great spot for how well her kit is but not as strong.
The earlier in the game you are the more usage you will find out of her, assuming you don’t have units like Blanc and Noir duo, or Tia and Naga duo. Those two pairs of units outclass every other unit for their slot when paired together, but Dolla will hold her own if you do not have either of those pairs together.
Campaign
The earlier in the game you are the higher chance Dolla will find use in your account, with how many NIKKE have released in the game currently, her slot is fairly limited but she still holds the slot extremely close after the power duos.
Her usage later in the game is mainly in competitive game modes or if you are lacking in Burst cooldown reduction which is arguably the strongest buff you could have from units. The more you have in general for all content including campaign the better.
Should you reroll for Dolla?
We do not recommend rerolling for Dolla.
Not a bad option if she’s your waifu. Definitely one of the best Burst II units in the game and can be used in any team, PVE or PVP. But there are better units overall to reroll for.
