Even if the numbers on her skill seem nice (and they are) it doesn’t make up for her lack of damage and overall utility, she doesn’t offer anything to your team.
For now it’s a skip unless you like her design because, like always, waifu > meta.
Should you reroll for Eunhwa?
No. She doesn’t bring anything to the table that’s worth enough rerolling for her.
Unless you want a friend that you can use their forehead to play match 3.
