Review

Another free SR Nikke given during an event (Neve being the first for the winter events) Although unique, Himeno is more on the underwhelming side compared to even SR’s currently in the game.

Himeno’s kit is more focused around a specific weapon type, and like all Nikke like this, puts a limit on how useful she can be in most general scenarios. She has a spot in the early game for newer players who can nab her during the collaboration, but not much further than that at the moment.

Compared to other Burst II characters, her limitations show a lot more. Being an SR unit is already one, but her kit lacks a lot of flavor and viability that other Burst II units already currently have.

Whether Himeno has a place in a team is still up to the player, If you like collecting units and or also just like Himeno as a character due to the anime or other reasons. You can always find a way to make use of her. Just know what limits she has before taking her over already established Burst II units.

Should you reroll for Himeno?

No. You can’t get her outside the collaboration event and for now we don’t know if Shift Up has any plans on doing reruns.
