Review
Julia is a character that is heavily reliant on other units enabling her, and in doing so you are given an extremely low overall return on investment.
Unfortunately, Julia is in the category of NIKKE that are just designed bad to make other units look more appealing in the process. Can she be used? Absolutely, is she worth using over most burst 3 units in the game? No.
She is a unit that relies on critical rate and damaged type team compositions, making her even harder to justify investing or using since you also need to build units around her.
Other than increasing her own critical rate and damage, she provides nothing to the team and it’s quite a selfish DPS with underwhelming numbers.
Her burst damage is “decent” if you can stack up her passive Crescendo on skill 2, but still lower compared to most of the other burst 3 units that provide both more damage and utility to the team.
You are better off investing into better units unless you absolutely love this NIKKE’s character.
