HP Potency ▲ 30.05% continuously.
Burst Skill: Command to Rest
Passive
■ Affects all allies.
Recovers 5.06% of caster’s final Max HP every sec for 5 sec continuously.
Should you reroll for Misato?
She’s a limited unit, so you can’t reroll for her unless you are playing while the collaboration between NIKKE and Evangelion is active. She’s also an SR unit, meaning you get her for free (only during the collaboration)
