Review
Neve is going to be a good shotgun user for F2P players that got her in the winter event and also a super good option for some bosses that need Penetration.
She can deal the same damage as SSR shotgun units, so until you get Drake or Sugar, she can have a spot on those teams.
Selfishi offensive buffs for herself that shotguns users already need, which makes her quite the powerhouse even for an SR unit. More shotgun users meant purely for DPS can and should include a self buffing kit like hers but better for more viability.
Unfortunately, if you weren’t around for the “Miracle Snow” event in 2022, you are unable to get Neve again unless they decide to add her to the shop or rerun the story.
Should you reroll for Neve?
As of 2022’s end of the Miracle Snow event, Neve is no longer obtainable.
