It’s not recommended to invest in SR units in NIKKE because poor scaling and most important, sadly, Shift Up doesn’t care about them. 99% of SR units have awful kits, so use them only if they are your waifu.

Should you reroll for Ram?
No. SR units are either free or easy to obtain as you pull for new SSR units. They also scale a lot worse than any SSR in the game, making them quite useless (sadly).
She’s also an abnormal unit, meaning you can’t get her outside the specific event.

Well, even if you wanted to, you can’t roll for Ram; she and the dupes needed to MLB are only obtained through the event’s missions/challenges.
