MOG 2.0 infinite coin farm
Pick Rapunzel as your base, as she is the only NIKKE, whose base weapon has less reach than Signal Amplification Module level 5. Pick whatever stats you want, avoiding projectile size, as long as they will allow you to reach 15 minutes.
Pick EX Hyper Homing Laser as your weapon. It will be enough to deal with all the raptures coming your way. Pick Signal Amplification (to never move around) and Rapid Movement (to run away from the boss) modules.
Fill out your 4 remaining weapon slots with those (you can fill them with whatever you get since the farming is quite easy but avoid high damage weapons that will kill the boss instantly):
- Grenade
- Energy Field
- Energy Robot (you can pull it closer by moving from side to side)
- Black Hole Missile
- Plasma Sword (not to confuse with scarlet weapon “Energy Sword”)
Those 5 weapons have less reach than Signal Amplification Module level 5, allowing you to suck up all the drops w/o moving.
If, when running away from the boss, you start seeing the game stuttering/take time loading level up choices: it’s the fault of all those pesky raptures you left behind. The simple solution is to stop for a while, wait for Lilibomb to drop, pick it up, follow it with a magnet to suck in all those precious drops from several screens away, and start running again.
During my testing I couldn’t stop the boss from following me, but it is extremely slow, so a 10-minute run will get you several tens of minutes of “afk” farming. After you upgrade everything, you’ll get 75 or 200 gold as your level up choices.
Just waiting for them to appear will lose you more gold than picking a correct one, so pressing 1/2/3 on the keyboard after the sound alert (before choices even appear) is more efficient.
