If you like weapons and FIREPOWER you’ll love Neon.
Sadly other than her personality and what we’ve seen in the story, she’s not useful in combat.
Even if you are missing SSR units, she’s not a good option to fill spots unless you are running shotgun teams, in that case she could be used but is still not recommended.
